Distributed Platform Framework Modernization

The Friction: Core decoupled services were bogged down by legacy framework architectures (AngularJS/Angular 11), driving high technical debt and slow client build times.
The Fix: Led end-to-end framework modernization sprints to upgrade legacy frontend instances up to Angular 21, abstracting UI components and enforcing strict system-wide architectural consistency.

The Friction: Production relational databases were carrying massive operational overhead from hundreds of millions of legacy transactional lines, causing critical search query latencies.
The Fix: Engineered a performant asynchronous database archival pipeline to cleanly process, extract, and offload 500M+ inactive historical table records with zero system downtime.
The Payoff: Optimized operational data footprints and delivered an immediate 85% drop in operational query search latency for production users.
